### Gift Card Terms & Conditions 1. **Validity** This gift card is valid for **12 months from the date of purchase**, unless otherwise stated. 2. **Redemption** The gift card can be redeemed at participating TRIBE HOTELS properties for eligible stays, dining, experiences, and other services specified by the hotel. 3. **Booking Requirement** Advance reservation may be required. Gift card holders should provide the gift card number or redemption code when making a booking and present the original gift card or valid digital copy at redemption. 4. **Gift Card Value** The gift card can be used up to its available balance. If the purchase amount exceeds the remaining balance, the difference may be paid using an accepted payment method. 5. **Non-Refundable** Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other monetary equivalents, except where required by applicable law. 6. **Transferability** The gift card may be transferred or gifted to another person but cannot be resold for commercial purposes. 7. **Lost or Stolen Cards** TRIBE HOTELS is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of a gift card. Replacement may be provided only where the original card can be verified. 8. **Blackout Dates & Availability** Redemption is subject to room, restaurant, experience, and service availability.
